Traditional craftsmanship meets state-of-the-art technology. I have selected the very best from every field. Once an impression of the ear has been taken, it is digitised using a 3D scanner. This scan is then processed using software that incorporates the expertise of traditional craftsmanship and prepared for 3D printing.

High-precision 3D printing

for the perfect fit

To ensure the highest precision in manufacturing, I use an SLA 3D printer with an accuracy of 0.019 mm. In collaboration with Pro3Dure, I always use the best possible medical-grade materials for the system.

CO2 Laser and 1000dpi

for customised design

Anyone who would like their chosen engraving on their IEMs will have it laser-engraved using a CO₂ laser at a resolution of 1000 dpi. This engraving can be filled with one of a wide range of colours. The whole thing is then coated with resin and given a high-gloss finish.
